the staff was very helpful and always available. the breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of choices, a plus. the gym was well-equipped. i found the location convenient for accessing the nearby park.

The hotel requested a deposit upon arrival. I found this inconvenient. there was loud live music at the bar. This could be heard in my room. the atm located in front of the hotel only worked with visa. I needed to use mastercard.

i found the hotel a fantastic option for meetings. the convenient location and well-equipped meeting space made our gathering productive. marvin and the rest of the staff were polite and professional.

the room service was quite slow. it took around one hour for delivery and the food was often cold. i even returned food once since it had been sitting for a long time. the wines were good, but there weren't any options under $35.

the breakfast had a good variety of dishes, and the grilled meat was especially good. barnabas served my family, he made sure we were comfortable (especially with the kids). the staff are cute and helpful.

The suite was spacious. It had an independent kitchenette next to the living area! the breakfast was lavish, a super wide variety, and security felt very secure all the time! i recommend this hotel to everyone. It's so good. i would definitely return and i would invite everyone i know to visit!

The balcony in my room was a bit small. It had just enough space for a seat, but it was functional, and i did enjoy my time there

The hotel features a well-equipped gym. I saw three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. the pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded area. Everything looks quite new!

Staff quickly learned my name and always provided great service. i was greeted warmly by safine, a wonderful hostess at breakfast. Chef florence cooked my breakfast. It was amazing!

The restaurant manager, virginia, was charming. She helped guide us through the menu. our waiter, john, was very quick and attentive. He always smiled. food presentation was of a very high level.

I secure a venue to run a business training. Staff assist a lot, especially the people assigned to Arbor 2. Rosemary in the restaurant help much too. Food taste great and is fulfilling. This place ideal for training because halls work good.

I find the early check-in policy a little difficult. It was not communicated clearly upon arrival.
